We offer specific services to help you make a group booking. A "group" is composed of at least 10 people traveling together on the same flight, both on the departing flight and the return flight.

To make a group booking, please follow the steps below:

  • 1. Send your request via e-mail indicating the number of passengers traveling (approximate), the destination and the dates of travel.

  • 2. We will send you a detailed quote with the best fare for your request
  • 3. We will send you a contract indicating the seats reserved for the dates you requested. Your booking will be confirmed when you send back a signed copy of the contract by the deadline stated in the e-mail, together with a deposit
  • 4. Your tickets will be sent to you.

MAKING YOUR LIFE EASIER

  • Full passenger names and payment are due only 30 days before departure.
  • You can make changes to passenger names free of charge until the moment your tickets are issued.
  • We can accommodate special requests: special meals, grouped seat allocation, mobility assistance (e.g. wheelchairs). Please make all requests no later than 30 days before departure and wait for confirmation.
  • Group bookings are also available in the Business cabin.
  • Passengers traveling in a group are entitled to the same baggage allowance as individual passengers.
  • We can assist you in organizing trip that requires oversized baggage (e.g. sports equipment, musical instruments)
