ONLINEIf you discover an item is missing when you collect your baggage at the arrival airport, you have the following options:
IF YOU ARE STILL AT THE AIRPORT
Please complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the Air France KLM* Baggage Service.
Once you have declared the missing item, you will be given a file number that you can use to track your claim on our website.
If your arrival airport is Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly, you must complete a report that will then be transferred to the French police.
IF YOU HAVE LEFT THE AIRPORT
Please request compensation for a missing item via the online form below within 7 days of receiving your baggage.

If your arrival airport is located in metropolitan France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Reunion or French Polynesia, please also complete the pre-report form below.Complete the online pre-claim form
