Rovaniemi, Finland

From 4 December, Air France will start operating one weekly flight between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Rovaniemi on Saturday (increasing to two flight a week, Wednesday and Sunday, during school holidays). The flight will be operated by an Airbus A319.

Tenerife, Spain

Tenerife, is the most visited island in the Canary archipelago. Well known for its extraordinary beauty an diversity. Visit the Teide National park and walk over fields of lava. The Mount Teide is the tallest mountain of Spain and still an active volcano offering the most fabulous hiking in the whole country. Don’t miss the second (after the one in Rio) most popular and internationally known carnival celebrated in Santa Cruz. Tenerife, also called ‘The island of eternal spring’ due to the constant warm temperatures, is a wonderful destination all year round.

From 1 November to 26 March 2022, Air France will start operating two weekly frequencies between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Tenerife on Monday and Saturday. The flights will be operated by an Airbus A319.

Banjul, Gambia

Is the capital of Gambia, the smallest country in mainland Africa. Explore the multi-coloured Royal Albert Market, the town’s busiest commercial place to meet the urban Africa at its best or buy from exotic fruits to dry sea snails and beauty products. The National museum of Gambia is worth a visit to better understand the nation’s past. Gambia boasts magnificent golden beaches sprinkled with scenic lagoons. It is also known for its wildlife, especially birds but you will also be able to spot crocodiles, hippos and cheeky monkeys, many of which do not mind interacting with visitors.

From 1 November until 26th March 2022, Air France will start operating three weekly frequencies between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Banjul via Bamako on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The flights will be operated by an Airbus A330.

Colombo, Sri Lanka

A cosmopolitan city featuring a melting pot of cultures with great contrasts. Walk along the new and modern skyscrapers and the traditional beautiful red-tiled colonial-era buildings. From 1 November, Air France will start operating three weekly frequencies between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Colombo on Monday, Thursday and Saturday as a continuation to the flight to Malé. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-9.

Muscat, Oman

Oman, is vibrant in culture and heritage. Surrounded by scenic mountains and coastline with empty sandy beaches where you will have the opportunity to spot dolphins in their natural habitat or dive with turtles in the nearby lagoons. For a better understanding of the turbulent but rich history, explore the impressive fortifications, some of them preserved as World Heritage. From 31st October, Air France will start operating three weekly frequencies between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Muscat on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-9.

Zanzibar

Zanzibar island is surrounded by scenic and pristine beaches that rate among the finest in the world. It is the perfect destination if you’re a beach or sun lover that would like to snorkel or dive in amazing coral reefs. The island capital, Zanzibar Town, sits the historic quarter of Stone Town with historical influences from Arabia, Africa, India and Europe. It is a shopping dreamland but there are also many interesting things to visit and do in the old city. From the Old Fort and lively bazars, to magnificent Arab houses and amazing food markets offering spicy and tasty dishes that will delight your taste buds.

From 18th October, Air France will start operating two weekly frequencies between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Zanzibar on Monday and Friday. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-9 as a continuation of the flight to Nairobi (Kenya).

Denver, United States

Denver, the capital of Colorado, is an American metropolis dating from the Old West era. Known as the Mile High City due to its official altitude of one mile. The city is connected through beautiful parks and bike paths but it’s also well known for the love of craft beer mania. Visit Larimer Square in the downtown, surrounded by charming Victorian buildings that have been converted into boutiques and a great selection of rooftop bars, chef-driven restaurants, world-class art galleries and museums to delight everyone. No trip to Denver is complete without a journey into the surrounding beauty of the Colorado mountains and the breath-taking Rocky Mountains.

From 2 July until 29 October 2021, Air France will operate 3 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Denver International Airport on Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays. Flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-900.

Ajaccio, France

Corsica's capital and largest city, the birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte, Ajaccio combines the best of Italy and France in one place. The seaside city offers some great restaurants and hotels. The old town are made up of some charming architectures and you will find the famous landmark Cathedrale Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption. For the food lovers you will find abundance of great restaurants along the harbour, from fresh seafood to freshly made pizzas.

From 5 June until 30 Oct 2021, Air France will operate 1 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte Airport on Saturdays. Flights will be operated by Embraer 190 and Airbus A318 aircrafts. Daily flight will operate between 5 July - 29 August.

Heraklion, Greece

Also known as Iraklio, is a Greek port city and the capital of the Crete Island, where you will find a modern city meets traditional Greek landmarks like the Minoan Palace and the Rocca a Mare Fortress. You can easily spend half a day around the Old Town, amongst the 1,000 shops along the pedestrian-only narrow streets and alleys you will find boutiques selling an extensive choice of handmade crafts and souvenirs, café and restaurants serving traditional Cretan cuisine. For those fancy a seaside dining experience there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from along the harbour.

From 15 May until 30 October 2021, Air France will operate 3 weekly flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Heraklion International Airport on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays. Flights will be operated by Airbus A319 and A320 aircrafts. Between 1 June - 30 October, daily flight will be operated and an additional flight will operate on Tuesday.
