The Amazon Spheres opened at the beginning of 2018, in the heart of Seattle's city centre. Designed by NBBJ architects, these three giant biospheres house over 40,000 plants, from 400 different species selected from all over the world. Among the many attractions, discover a magnificent Port Jackson fig tree that stands over 17 metres high.
While Amazon's new official headquarters – with a stock market value of over $500 billion – is, above all, an incredible workplace dedicated to its employees, visitors are also welcome. An exhibition space, as well as a gastronomic restaurant, were even created for them. Amazon also organizes company tours in small groups. They are free, but do not forget to register well in advance, online only, as it's been an incredibly popular spot since its opening.
