Take a stroll in the Olympic Sculpture Park

The greatest American sculptors display masterful works in the magnificent gardens by the water.

Dependent on the Seattle Art Museum, this former industrial wasteland has become a prominent open-air museum and offers visitors a lovely promenade with walkways spreading over more than 36,000 square metres. Architects from Weiss/Manfredi have conceived a splendid path, inviting you to discover the many monumental sculptures scattered all around.
Wander among the greatest masterpieces of their kind; tours are completely free. Among others, don't miss Alexandre Calder's famous Eagle or the creations of Louise Bourgeois, Jaume Plensa or Mark di Suvero. Known for his spectacular steel statues, Richard Serra is also present with his gigantic Wake sculpture, composed of five elements. The park is open daily, in all seasons.
