Having sailed the oceans, the exhibition ‘Incredible Cetaceans' is now in the Tunisian capital. The design is pedagogical and pleasing to the eye and mind, with life-sized, ultra-realistic casts of the vertebrae of impressive specimens, immersive videos, and interactive displays.
Visitors explore up close the underwater world of these masters of the seas. The exhibition is not only about common whales, dolphins, and orcas but also focuses on other species, such as narwhals and beluga whales, little known to the general public.
‘Incredible Cetaceans' provides a comprehensive overview of these fascinating marine mammals, and, at the same time, increases our understanding of their diversity, origin, evolution, and their need of our protection. This dive into the depths of the oceans will delight young and old.
