Hoa Tuc: an explosion of flavours!

The originality of Hoa Tuc (meaning ‘Poppy Flower') is to provide a contemporary Vietnamese cuisine in a stunning Art Deco decor.

Like The Refinery, Hoa Tuc restaurant is located in an old opium refinery of the colonial era, in the middle of a courtyard that houses a small group of restaurants and various new entertainment addresses. The pergola at the entrance, made of cast iron and frosted glass, is inspired by the underground entrances in vogue in Paris in the early 1900s. The front terrace is a lively place, where diners can pleasantly enjoy a lunch menu and observe the activity of the courtyard.

As for the food, it will delight the most discerning palates, with personal touches that make it particularly endearing. As a starter, you can choose the fried egg rolls with fresh delicate flavours, the mustard leaf rolls with crunchy vegetables and shrimp, or north-Vietnamese stuffed dumplings with pork, mushroom and lemony soy sauce. Next you can throw your heart into the caramelised chicken with ginger and fish sauce, the pulled pork, marinated in a coconut juice, or even the chow mein with beef and vegetables. The wine list, prepared by a renowned sommelier, is one of the richest in Vietnam. For all these reasons, bookings are highly recommended.
