Why must I change the password for my Air France or Flying Blue account?

Why do I need to change my password?

We make every effort to keep your personal data secure. To ensure your data remains secure, we are strengthening our password format. Therefore, you must change your Air France or Flying Blue password.

What do I need to do?

The next time you log in to your account, please create a new password containing the following:
  • Between 8 and 12 characters
  • At least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number
  • Please note: special characters (@ $ & + - / # _ ? !) are permitted

Your username (Flying Blue number or e-mail address) stays the same.

We will also send out this information by e-mail from the following addresses: admin@infos-airfrance.com and do_not_reply@info-flyingblue.com.
