Taking the train to your departure airport
You travel by train to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, then continue your trip on an Air France flight to the destination of your choice.
- Collect your ticket at the tgvair counter in an SNCF train station
- You receive a TGVAir train ticket upon presentation of your plane ticket.
- If you reserve your trip online, a single ticket will give you access to your entire trip (rail & air). To collect your ticket, present your trip summary or a form of identification. - Check-in
- Your Check-In Deadline is set at 15 minutes before your train´s departure time.
- You only check in once for the entirety of your trip (rail & air),
- To check your baggage, proceed immediately upon arrival at the airport to your flight´s check-in counter or the baggage counter.
Preparing your baggage
Please note: when traveling with your baggage on trains, you must follow the rules established by SNCF (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer), the French national railroad company:
- you can carry up to 3 baggage items,
- neither the length, width or depth of your baggage items may exceed 85 cm.

New service! Baggage assistance at Paris-Charles de Gaulle
Air France, in partnership with AASP, offers you a baggage assistance service at the TGV platform of the airport´s terminal (and vice versa). This service is available daily, from 5 AM to 11:30 PM CET (extended hours may be possible upon request).
